Deputy AROLDO CEDRAZ DE OLIVEIRA is president of the Foreign Affairs and National Defesense Commission. A Veterinarian and professor at Bahia Federal University - UFBa, he has been in charge of the Veterinary Medicine Department, Director of the Veterinary Medical School and advisor of the Rector to Research and Postgraduation. Congresman since 1990, he was licensed from his legislature post 1999-2003, in order to become the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Mining in Bahia, from December 7th ,2000 until March 27,2002. As a congressman, he has become a standout because of his work in the areas of foreign relations, defense, science and technology, mines and energy and agrarian policy.
